Episode 3
Adam takes down a fleeing suspect, Nigel nets an uninsured driver with dodgy documents, and Dave suspects a serial car thief is the man who fled from Adam in a stolen car.
On patrol in the city centre Adam and Nigel receive reports of men fleeing police. As they round the corner, they spot them legging it. Adam takes pursuit, tackles and detains one of the suspects. A few minutes later, unbelievably, he must do it again, as the man bursts out of the police car, trying to escape. Back at the station, Anna and Perri can’t resist the temptation to hide the boss’s car, temporarily.
Meanwhile, the whole team leap into action when a stolen car fails to stop for Adam. When the driver runs off, Dave relies on his years of experience and pays a visit to a serial car thief matching the driver’s description. While the Peelers wait for CCTV footage to come in, the suspect tells Stephen about his prolific criminal past, his hatred of police and struggles with addiction.
