Episode 2

Responding to reports of a brick being thrown through a window, Dave and Jade enter a run-down building in south Belfast. Dave quickly realises they are in a drug den, and the men inside are squatting. An addict with a feeding tube in his nose tells Stephen how injecting cocaine has brought him to death’s door.

On patrol in the city centre, Adam revisits the scene of a suicide that haunts him to this day. Jade reveals the mental price of being a frontline cop. Meanwhile, in the early hours of the morning, as the clubs spill out onto the streets, the Peelers’ car is attacked. Perri uses pepper spray to bring the suspect down, but as he, Jade and Adam wrestle with the man, a large crowd surrounds them. For the first time in his career, Perri hits his emergency button.
