In the final part of this courtroom drama for BBC One Daytime, Jess takes the witness stand for the defence but Metzler gently takes her apart, suggesting she believes that Tony helped her mother because she can't face the truth: that he killed her. As Metzler and Sol make their closing speeches, Jess and Dan discover that Neil has been hiding the videotape.
Julie is at the end of her pupillage and faces a vote on whether she can stay on at chambers. Horrified, she realises that Valerie knows about her night with Sol. It leads to a surprising conversation where the two women come to a better understanding of each other. Julie now just has to wait for the result of the vote.
In court, Tony remembers Saskia's final moments as the truth about her death is revealed and the jury reach their verdict.

Tanya is upset and shocked to discover one of her friends from the hospital has passed away but tries to hide her pain from Lauren.
