That is all from us at the Affidea Stadium tonight. A bonus point win for Ireland as they look to go three for three at home at the Aviva Stadium against Scotland.

That'll be a huge game and you can join us next Sunday for full coverage. For now, though, thank you for joining us and goodnight!

The squad is getting so much better. There are quality players who were available tonight and didn't even make the squad.

That's a great problem for Scott Bemand to have.

  3. "Not a bad night at the office"published at 20:42 BST 9 May

    FT: Ireland 33-12 Wales

Player of the Game Aoife Wafer speaking to BBC Sport NI:

We thoroughly enjoyed that tonight and we spoke about winning all three home games and we are two for two.

Not a bad night at the office both personally and as a team.

  4. "Unbelievably proud and pleased"published at 20:38 BST 9 May

    FT: Ireland 33-12 Wales

Ireland captain Erin King speaking to BBC Sport NI:

I'm really proud of the squad from 1-23 tonight. We matched them physically and that allowed us to play that 'eyes up' rugby that we love.

Next week at the Aviva Stadium will be huge and we can't wait.

There were opportunities for Wales and they were squandered.

They perhaps didn't play with that same freedom that they did against England and those are the moments that they will look back on and kick themselves.

  6. "Knew Ireland would be physical"published at 20:36 BST 9 May

    FT: Ireland 33-12 Wales

Wales captain Beth Lewis speaking to BBC Sport NI:

We knew Ireland would be physical here and I think we matched that but we just had some handling errors that we need to tighten up.

We always talk about being 'Welsh warriors' and I think we were today.

There is definitely a similarity to Wales' journey from Ireland's. They are searching for a win but the culture of this young team is good.

That performance from Wales felt flat today.

They look like a team on an eight-game losing streak.

They'll have one last chance against Italy next Sunday, but given how well the Azzurri are going, it's going to be a tough ask.

It was a sluggish, stop-start game but Ireland will be happy particularly with their bench. You have to give credit to the Irish pack, they learnt from the France defeat and those areas worked well today.

I thought Wales were in the fight and their defence was good at times but as the game went on and Wales tired, Ireland were more clinical.

For Ireland, there was just an inevitability about that try.

Ireland seal a bonus point win in Belfast. Scott Bemand wanted to win all of their home games and they are two from two ahead of next week's big clash with Scotland at the Aviva Stadium.

  12. try

Converted Try Ireland 33-12 Walespublished at 20:26 BST 9 May

    Brittany Hogan (O'Brien con)

With the last play of the game, Ireland play right to the end and get themselves a fifth and final try.

A brilliant break from Eve Higgins and, as is so often the case, the forwards do the rest and Hogan is over again. Dannah O'Brien adds the extras to go four from five off the tee today.

Lleucu George has come in for a lot of stick in this campaign, but that crossfield kick to Jaz Joyce was pinpoint, and Wales fans finally have something to cheer in this half.

That's the luxury of having someone of Jasmine Joyce's experience in your team.

  15. try

Try Ireland 26-12 Walespublished at 20:22 BST 9 May

    Jasmine Joyce

A lovely Wales try as Lleucu George's cross-field kick lands straight in the bread basket of Jasmine Joyce.

She still has work to do and does well to hold off Beibhinn Parsons in the corner. The conversion is missed and, although it too late to get anything from this game, that is a nice finish from Wales.

    Ireland 26-7 Wales

A chaotic spell of play ends with Wales kicking over the top and Lleucu George's ball bobbles into touch just inside the 22 and it actually took a knock off an Ireland player so good territory for the visitors.

Wales finished superbly against England last week to bag the bonus-point try.

But it doesn't look like that will happen here tonight, Welsh heads have dropped.

It is the same maul, but Linda Djougang slightly detaches from the maul. By the letter of the law she probably does break away from the maul. It was very slight.
