The tooth about Commonwealth Games breakfasts

Welsh artistic gymnast Joe Cemlyn-Jones shares his advice for athletes heading to their first Commonwealth Games.

Cemlyn-Jones, 26, competed for Wales in the 2022 Commonwealth Games in Birmingham but had a bit of a falling out with a piece of bacon at the breakfast table.

He is urging others to take care of their teeth and to enjoy the feeling of representing Wales.
