Rangers say their recent £16m share issue has "been completed and was fully subscribed by a broad group of existing shareholders".
The club announced in March their intention to raise the sum of new capital to fund investment in the men's first team.
A shareholder meeting will take place on 10 August
"The club would like to thank everyone who participated for their continued support and investment in Rangers," the club said.
"Although Rangers is now a private company, the club remains committed to engaging with shareholders.
"The meeting will provide shareholders with the opportunity to hear directly from the club's ownership and leadership team, receive an update on the progress being made across the club and ask questions about our plans for the future."
Rangers, third in last season's Scottish Premiership, are preparing for the 2026-27 season, with new manager Derek McInnes overseeing a squad revamp and five players recruited so far.

"The negative about Nico Raskin is he tries to do too much. He tries to be part of the build-up, he tries to break into the box, he tries to cover for people when it's not really on.
"Rangers haven't done a good enough job at selling players when their value is highest. At this moment in time, off the back of the World Cup, Nico Raskin's value is extremely high.
"Rangers have already recruited in the middle of the pitch and by all accounts, there's rumoured to be a couple more.
"If you can recoup a hefty fee for Nico Raskin, which I think it looks almost inevitable at this moment in time, then I think it's just a natural thing and the best thing for all parties."

Andy Halliday believes Rangers have the "perfect foils" for new striker Lawrence Shankland in Youssef Chermiti and Ryan Naderi.
Chermiti and Naderi often partnered each other in attack last season, with Shankland set to join up with Rangers' squad soon after having represented Scotland at the World Cup.
"In Youssef Chermiti and Ryan Naderi, I think it's two perfect foils for Lawrence Shankland," former Rangers midfielder Halliday told the BBC's Scottish Football Podcast.
"Two big athletic players with physical profiles who can do a bit more running than Lawrence Shankland probably can.
"And it allows Lawrence Shankland to stay in the penalty box and in between the goal frame where he's such a threat."

Scotland is in for another three-way title race this coming season, former Celtic captain Scott Brown has predicted.
Celtic retained the title on the final day of last season with a home win over Hearts to overtake the long-time leaders, with Rangers having slipped to third in the final weeks.
Since then, Hearts have lost head coach Derek McInnes to Rangers, replacing him with former Sint-Truiden boss Wouter Vrancken, while Celtic have given veteran Martin O'Neill the manager's job full-time after he did so well in interim charge.
"I think it's going to be a three-legged race yet again," Brown said, speaking at the Scottish Open golf pro-am.
"I think Hearts have been an actual delight for Scottish football. They've done really, really well. I thought Derek did a fantastic job and Martin's come in at the right point in time.
"If Martin was there for the whole time, Celtic win the league, nice and easy, but Del's went to Rangers now and he's a very, very good man-manager and he brings out the best of people.
"Looking at what he does and how he deals with his team, he'll bring in some more Scottish people, English-based people, that understand the club and the culture as well, which, to be fair, I think Celtic's done really well over the years."

Rangers Hall of Fame inductee Allan McGregor has returned to Ibrox as lead goalkeeping coach, the Scottish Premiership club have confirmed.
The 44-year-old replaces Sal Bibbo, who left last month to join Coventry City.
McGregor made more than 500 appearances for Rangers before retiring in 2023 and is "really excited" to be back.
"Everyone knows what this club means to me, so to have the opportunity to return and help the club in the present and future is a real privilege," he told Rangers' website.
"Rangers is a club that demands the very highest standards and I'm looking forward to getting started, working with the players and staff, and seeing what we can achieve together in this next chapter."
Manager Derek McInnes welcomed "a fantastic addition" with "a wealth of experience".
"He knows exactly what it takes to be successful at Rangers and understands the standards that are required every day," he added.
"His knowledge, expertise and winning mentality will be a huge asset to the group and I am looking forward to working closely with him as we continue our preparations for the season ahead."

Rangers have announced a pre-season friendly with Ian Cathro's Saint-Etienne on Wednesday, 22 July at Ibrox.
The 39-year-old Scot was appointed this summer as head coach of the side who finished third in the French second tier last season.
He had earned praise after leading Estoril to 10th place in the 18-strong Primeira Liga in Portugal.
Cathro started his coaching career with Dundee United and had a short spell in charge of Hearts but was sacked in August 2017 after a disappointing eight months in charge.
However, he has since worked as assistant at Wolverhampton Wanderers and Al-Ittihad before moving to Estoril in 2024.
During his time with Hearts, he faced an Aberdeen side led by new Rangers manager Derek McInnes three times, losing them all.
Rangers have twice faced Saint-Etienne in European competition, with the Glasgow team winning 4-3 on aggregate in the European Cup first round in 1957, while the side from the Loir region won home and away in the second round in 1975.
The match against Cathro's side will be Rangers' first public pre-season game and will be followed four days later with a match against West Ham United, newly relegated to England's Championship, also at Ibrox.
Rangers this week beat Championship side Raith Rovers 5-1 in a closed-doors friendly.

Injustice drove Belgium to win over USA - Raskinpublished at 09:31 BST 7 July

Belgium midfielder Nicolas Raskin said his team felt a "sense of injustice" over United States striker Folarin Balogun's one-match ban being suspended by Fifa shortly before their World Cup last-16 match.
Balogun, 25, appeared certain to miss the tie in Seattle after being shown a straight red card for a foul on Bosnia-Herzegovina defender Tarik Muharemovic in the previous round.
But on Sunday Fifa suspended the automatic one-match ban for 12 months, leading to widespread criticism, with Uefa, Belgium and England boss Thomas Tuchel among those speaking out against the ruling.
On Monday US President Donald Trump said he asked Fifa to review Balogun's ban, which he said would have left a "big stain" on the tournament.

Charles de Ketelaere scored either side of former Rangers midfielder Malik Tillman's equaliser for the USA to give the Belgians a 2-1 half-time lead. Hans Vanaken and substitute Romelu Lukaku added further goals in the second period.

No regrets from Godfrey as centre-half aims to lead at Ibroxpublished at 12:00 BST 3 July

New Rangers loan signing Ben Godfrey insists he "learned a lot" from his move to Atalanta despite very limited playing time in Italy.
The 28-year-old centre-half made just five appearances from the bench for the Serie A side, totalling 93 minutes, after a £10m switch from Everton in the summer of 2024.
Since then, he has had loan spells at Ipswich Town, Sheffield United and Brondby in Denmark.
"I learned a lot, football wise," he said of his half-season with the Bergamo club. "The game is played completely different; tactically, technically.
"Although I didn't get many minutes, there are still plenty of things I can take from that period."
Rangers will have the option to buy Godfrey at the end of the season and he is keen to take on a leadership role for Derek McInnes' side.
"I'm looking forward to all the challenges and excited to work under the manager," he said.
"The characteristics of the club suit me - when you look at the history and size of the club, it's the perfect place to be.
"If you don't have any pressure then you're not at the level you want to be. It's a given at a club of this size that there's going to be pressure, so it's important to use that in a positive way.
"I don't regret anything from my career. I learn from every week that goes by and I can use all of that experience to be as successful as I can here.
"At 28, I have experienced a lot - I can drive standards every day, that's the type of character I am.
"I'm someone that will always be around to help young players and teach them what it takes to break through at this level.
"I like to lead, I can bring that personality to the pitch."
Godfrey, capped twice by England in 2021, was Rangers' third signing of the summer after Scotland internationals Lawrence Shankland and Ross McCrorie, with goalkeeper Ivor Pandur and midfielder Dan Neil since added.
"The manager is big on character, making sure the right kind of people are in the building," he added.

Rangers have 'more work to do' amid Ferguson linkspublished at 16:41 BST 2 July
16:41 BST 2 July

Derek McInnes refused to be drawn on links with a move for Scotland midfielder Lewis Ferguson but indicated "there's still more work to do" after Rangers made five signings this summer.
Lawrence Shankland was recruited from Hearts before McInnes was appointed Rangers manager and Ben Godfrey, Ross McCrorie, Dan Neil and Ivor Pandur have arrived since.
McInnes has been credited with an interest in bringing Bologna captain Ferguson, whom he worked with Aberdeen, to Ibrox.
"All I want to do is bring players of a high level, technical level, and ability to play for Rangers," he told Sky Sports.
"Obviously, there are a number of players that have been linked with us that do possess that, so I think it would be wrong for me to speak about any player individually.
"I understand it's an obvious link [with Ferguson], but we have just got to work away and see what we can do and what we can bring into the club.
"If it's clear that we can't bring people in, then we move on quickly, but I've got an idea of the players and the types I want to bring in, and hopefully we can work towards that."
McInnes is pleased with the club's transfer dealings so far.
"A lot of the conversations were ongoing before I came in, but obviously getting things over the line isn't easy," he told Rangers TV.
"People think it is easy to get signings in, but when there are good players involved there's more than one team involved, so I think the board and the recruitment team should be pleased with their work.
"Clearly there's still more work to do, but we are pleased with the work we have got done and getting the boys in as early as possible is vitally important."
Rangers open their 2026-27 campaign with a Scottish Premiership trip to Dundee United on 31 July, followed by a Europa League third qualifying round first leg against an as yet unknown opponent.
"With a different manager there's different demands and a different way of doing things, but the adjustments have been good," McInnes explained.
"It is about building connection, fitness, power, strength and togetherness. Having a good pre-season sets you up not just for the first game but for the demands of the season ahead."
Butland never fully convinced Rangers fanspublished at 14:14 BST 2 July
14:14 BST 2 July
Clive Lindsay BBC Sport Scotland
Why have Rangers brought in Ivor Pandur and allowed Jack Butland to go?
Butland was entering the final 12 months of his four-year contract and would have been 34 by the time it runs out.
However, that is hardly veteran material for a goalkeeper considering new manager Derek McInnes had 43-year-old Craig Gordon on his books at Hearts last season.
Butland had a sticky patch of form in late 2024/early 2025 that led to him ending the season as second choice behind Liam Kelly under caretaker boss Barry Ferguson.
However, he won back the jersey last season and was a near ever-present.
On the one hand a steadying influence with his experience and a spectacular shot-stopper on his day, he nevertheless has never totally convinced all Rangers fans in a defence that has been vulnerable for a number of years.
Although Butland made the third most saves in the Premiership last season, he was down in eighth in terms of save percentage having been 11th the previous campaign.
Maybe Rangers just feel they can get better value for money from £6m signing Pandur, 26, who could be sold for a profit in years to come if successful.
