Newport County youngster Harri Pugh has signed a new contract with the League Two club.
Academy product Pugh made his first-team debut as a substitute in an EFL Trophy tie against Exeter City last November.
The 18-year-old midfielder has featured in the Exiles' opening two pre-season friendlies this summer, with the club describing him as one of their "brightest young prospects".
Newport have not specified the length of Pugh's new deal.

Summer signing Shaquille Gwengwe scored a hat-trick as Newport County enjoyed their return to Spytty Park with a 5-0 win against Newport City.
The Exiles continued their preparations for the League Two season by heading to the home of the Cymru South Steelmen, who are now managed by former County favourite Robbie Willmott.
County played at Spytty Park before moving to Rodney Parade in 2012 and trained at the ground until last summer.
The Exiles led 2-0 at the break thanks to an early strike by new recruit Yahya Bamba and a second just before half-time by Cole Jarvis, formerly of City.
County pressure eventually told in the second half when Gwengwe, Southern League golden boot winner for 2025-26 after scoring 47 goals with Poole Town, struck three times.
The Exiles travel to Gloucester City, who are managed by former County coach Dafydd Williams, on Saturday, 11 July (15:00 BST).

Former Newport County boss Dave Hughes has been appointed Everton's head of academy player development and will also oversee the development of the under-21s as part of a host of changes to the club's academy.
The Welshman replaces Paul Tait, who spent 16 years working within the club's academy set-up.
It is Hughes' first position within football since being sacked as Exiles boss in November last season with the club bottom of League Two, having won just two of their opening 16 league matches.
Having been appointed on 23 May 2025, Hughes initially guided Newport to safety in the 2024-25 campaign as County finished seven points clear of the drop zone.
Hughes now steps away from management by returning to a more familiar role within academy football, where he has built an impressive reputation in the last 20 years with clubs including Shrewsbury Town, Watford, Aston Villa, Southampton, Cardiff City and Manchester United, as well as the Football Association of Wales (FAW).
Everton technical director Nick Cox confirmed Hughes' role, telling the club website: "Moving forward, the under-21s will be led by Dave Hughes as part of his wider remit as head of academy player development."

Newport County kick-started their pre-season schedule with a 3-0 win over Bristol Manor Farm.
Tom Davies, Lee Jenkins and Lewis Jamieson had efforts for the visitors - who were led by interim boss Chris Todd following the departure of Christian Fuchs - in a goalless opening half at The Creek Community Stadium.
The Exiles turned the screw in the second half as Jamieson netted twice in quick succession to put the away side in control.
Substitute Matt Smith made it 3-0 in the 74th minute as Newport made a winning start to the post-Fuchs era.
County return to action against Newport City at Spytty Park on Wednesday, 8 July (19:30 BST).

Newport County's new home shirt features the names of the League Two club's 25 hall of fame members.
Newport say the kit pays tribute to "generations of players, staff and contributors who have shaped the club's story", with the 25 names are woven into fabric of the amber shirt.
The hall of fame members are Albert Derrick (senior), Roddy Jones, Chris Lilygreen, Ken Morgans, Kevin Moore, Dave Williams, John Relish, Keith Oakes, Mark Price, Nathan Davies, Len Weare, Craig Reid, Tony Gilbert, David Pipe, Gary Plumley, Graham Coldrick, Richard Walden, Christian Jolley, Steve Lowndes, Norman Parselle, David Hando, Andrew Taylor, Justin Edinburgh and Michael Flynn.
Newport's home kit will also feature amber shorts and socks, in 2026-27, while the goalkeeper strip is blue.
County, who begin their pre-season campaign at Bristol Manor Farm on Saturday, will waer the home kit for the first time in next Wednesday's friendly against Newport City at Spytty Park.
Nolan, Flynn, Hughes or Todd? - Newport fans' views on next bosspublished at 15:22 BST 1 July

Mark Hughes, Kevin Nolan and two former favourites are among the names being suggested by readers to become the next Newport County boss.
The Exiles are looking for their third manager in 12 months after Christian Fuchs' decision to step away before the start of the new League Two season.
Chris Todd is taking pre-season training after being named interim manager.
We asked fans who they would like to see in at Rodney Parade - and here is a selection of the responses.
Mike – Kevin Nolan
Morgan - Don't think that County's revival was all about Fuchs. Before Todd was appointed Fuchs won five league games in 17. After Todd we won five games in 11. Give Todd the job
Mark - I'm happy for Chris Todd to have a chance to see what he can do.
Steve - Obviously, County are very short of money, so why not appoint a player-manager and kill two birds with one stone? Somebody with experience who can sort the youngsters out on the pitch.
Jonah - Mike Flynn is the only man who is up for the job under the circumstances.
Carl - We need a manager who is tried and tested at league level, who understands the mechanics of working in this league. Only time will tell but what we don't want is the debacle that we had last season - it's not fair on us fans that pay good hard-earned money to be put through that again.
Neil - Give Todd a chance. Many times last season you could see Fuchs and Todd in conversation during games more than Fuchs and his assistant Smith. Todd also seemed to tighten up the defence. On paper we have a better defence to work with this season so we have to hope results will improve with better players
Dean - I wouldn't mind taking a chance on Kevin Nolan. He may not have the most impressive of CVs out there but I'm sure - like Fuchs - he will have an aura about him having played at the top level for so long. As long as we don't give it to Todd or take another David Hughes or Nelson Jardim I'd be happy to give them a chance.
Kevin - Simple: MARK HUGHES
Robert - The experimental managers never seem to prosper. They may be innovative but they don't deliver in League Two. We need someone who knows how to operate in this bruising division. Which poses another challenge: who wants to come to League Two with one of the smallest budgets? So, who is out there? A manager who is in need of redemption, or second chance? A novice? An overseas talent? Perhaps the board will know.
Terry - Frankly, any guy who will do as he is told by chairman Huw Jenkins.
Ade - I never really expected us to be in this position. I don't think anyone will take the job and we'll rumble on with Todd.
Ryan - Would love the sacked Salford manager Karl Robinson suspect it will be ether Mark Hughes or - as much as I think he won't take it - Michael Flynn.
George - For me we need someone who knows the club and what it means to the fans and the city. I wouldn't be against Rowberry coming back in for a second spell. Granted we should've finished higher in his first spell but he has gained valuable experience since he was with us and would be a good appointment to try and stay clear of any relegation troubles.
