Mexico's win over Czech Republic means they finish a group stage with a perfect record for the first time (three wins in three games).

It is also the second time Mexico have kept clean sheets in all three group stage matches in the competition, also doing so as hosts in 1970.

And there goes one of the few teams from a group that I thought would finish below Scotland...

    Chris, Scotland

Is it just me or are there others who have watched this game and wondered why South Korea did next to nothing to try and rescue this game against a very limited opponent. They didn’t have a shot on target after South Africa scored. Are they really that bad??

    David, UK

South Korea's only saving grace is that there's at least one team worse than them in the 3rd place table: Scotland. The Czechs, however, have no saving graces - they've been extremely poor this tournament.

A incredible way to finish their group campaign, it took them a while to get going but when they did the football was breath-taking. They put in a hell of a performance. The goalkeeper Ochoa getting all the love, unbelievable.
