The final round of this season's Premier League fixtures takes place on Sunday - and you can keep tabs on all the games across the BBC.

Arsenal became champions on Tuesday after gaining an unassailable lead over closest rivals Manchester City and are poised to lift the trophy.

At the other end of the table, the relegation battle will be decided, with Tottenham and West Ham the two teams trying to avoid going down alongside already doomed Wolves and Burnley.

If you are in the UK, you can watch highlights from every game on Match of the Day, listen to all the talking points on Football Focus and follow reaction to the day's events on Final Score.

Listen wherever you are in the UK via BBC Radio 5 Live and the BBC Sounds app.

Live text commentary will also cover all of the weekend action, while digital highlights will be available on the BBC Sport website and app.
