Time for us to say goodbye for day four of the European Championships in Birmingham.
Great Britain have a track gold for the fourth night in a row as Amy Hunt completed a 100m-200m double, winning in the longer distance with team-mate Dina Asher-Smith in third. It maintains the host nation's hold on first place on the medals table.

Dina Asher-Smith was not handing it to Amy Hunt. She was going to make her work, going to make her work hard. What a turn from Dina.
She exploded out of the blocks. She was right on the shoulder of the athlete outside of her.
Amy Hunt was like, 'You can do that, but I am going to come back and get you when we go into the straight'. When she did. Dina still didn't want to relinquish it.
Asher-Smith held on as hard as she could. Then she started to over stride, and the hips dropped.
Gold and bronze. Amy Hunt, you're a double European champion.

World silver medallist Jake Wightman is the one to watch in qualifying for the men's 1500m from 12:05.

Ireland's Rhasidat Adeleke, speaking to BBC Sport: "I had to catch myself at the end because I was thinking I didn't win.
"Once it sank in, I embraced it. A national record. I cannot believe it. If you knew what my journey looked like and where I was at this year - I barely made it here. I made it here on the last day. I qualified at Nationals.
"Now, I am here and I have won a medal. It has been really hard. Last year was my first year with adversity.
"The start of this year was going well. Then I was getting injured.
"I got two hamstring strains right before I was going to compete. It was really hard to get back on that horse and keep going."

Women's pole vault final
Angelica Moser is European champion in the women's pole vault once again!
The Swiss athlete, who came into this championship as the European champion indoors and out, wins by clearing 4.80 metres at the first attempt.
Neither Finland's Wilma Heltela, the 2022 champion, nor France's Marie-Julie Bonnin, who took silver and bronze, could clear that height.
The group of three, who were the only remaining competitors after 4.75m, had a go at 4.85m, but without success.

You wait ages for one medal...
Mark English made history by becoming the first man to win a gold medal for Ireland at the European Athletics Championships.
It's a remarkable achievement for the 33-year-old, who is a qualified doctor and is in the best form of his career as he adds to his bronze medals from 2014 and 2022.
It was a first medal of the Championships for Ireland, and Rhasidat Adeleke looked back to her best as she got the better of Dina Asher-Smith to win silver in the 200m in the following race after an injury-hit two years.
Two athletes in different stages of their respective careers. With heptathlete Kate O'Connor still to come this is a golden era for Irish athletics.

"Relief in 2014 when I got my first medal and relief today as well. It is just amazing.
"I have made a few changes, moved to a new coach [Justin Rinaldi] and he has been amazing. Amazing in terms of advice before races. I have to give big praise to him."

"Obviously, I'm disappointed to have a bronze, but I think 10 years after my first one it is such an achievement to be in a place to come back year after year.
"It doesn't matter what's going on in my life, just come and continue to be one of the fastest women in the world. Happy to have done that today.
"It is just fun. It is amazing to be doing that in front of a home crowd.
"I am gassed for Rhasidat [Adeleke] as well. Bless her. The Irish fans are having an incredible night.
"Lovely to see our next-door neighbours do so well. Great to be part of a successful British team.
"I think it has been a good championships for us so far and we have got until Sunday!"

She had a much more balanced race and she steamed the last 40m to sneak that silver medal away from Dina Asher-Smith.
