Jimenez sinks incredible basket to send Scotland men to 3x3 semi-finals

Kyle Jimenez sunk an outrageous buzzer beater to defeat Malaysia and send Scotland into the men's 3x3 basketball semi-finals.

With the shot clock running down in a thrilling play-in match, Jimenez sensationally scooped the ball from the deepest corner of the court into the net, shocking everyone inside hall two in the SEC Centre.

In a race to 21, the Scots were leading 19-16 with 1:18 remaining when Jimenez tried his luck, and though there was a shot clock review, his incredible effort stood to send the host nation through.

Jimenez himself was left gawping, as were his team-mates, as he pulled off one of the wildest finishes to any game.
