Dundee sign defender Wright from Bradford

Dundee have signed defender Joe Wright on a two-year deal from Bradford City for an undisclosed fee.

The 31-year-old has not featured in any of Bradford's five games this season, having scored three goals in 35 outings last term.

Wright moved to the English League One club last summer after three years with Kilmarnock.

During his stay at Rugby Park, the 6ft, 4in centre-half made 111 appearances, scoring 10 times.

"He fits the profile we were looking for in terms of experience, stature and leadership," said manager Steven Pressley.

"He's already got great experience of the Scottish Premiership and was an outstanding performer in his time at Kilmarnock."
