
Uganda pays first tranche of fine over DRC war
Uganda has paid $65m as the first instalment of a fine it was ordered to pay to the DRC.
Uganda has paid the first instalment of war reparations - $65m - to neighbouring Democratic Republic of the Congo, in line with a ruling from the International Court of Justice.
