Tigrayan forces in Ethiopia say they are ready for a ceasefire after a five-month truce broke down.
Tigrayan rebels in northern Ethiopia have said that they are willing to take part in peace negotiations mediated by the African Union after previously criticising the AU’s involvement. So why have they changed their stance?
