Ghana confirms first cases of deadly Marburg virus

Ghanaian officials say two patients died from the highly infectious disease in the southern Ashanti region.

The Director General of Ghana's Health Service says it is the first time that the Marburg virus has been seen the country, and the highly infectious disease which causes high fever, body aches and bleeding is also one of the deadliest.
