The High court in London has ruled that a flight to take asylum seekers from the UK to Rwanda next Tuesday to be allowed to go ahead. Campaigners failed in their legal bid to halt the policy on removal of migrants entering the UK illegally, to be flown to Rwanda.Ruling can be appealed against.
Key healthcare facility in Cameroon burned down in one of several attacks in the southwest region of the country, with the authorities blaming separatist fighters. However, Ambazonia separatists who are very active in the area deny involvement.
Plus, in Hargeisa, the Somaliland capital, opposition political activists held protests with reports suggesting it is due to tension between the local government and opposition parties.
