Anger as South Sudan's Finance Minister, Agak Achuil, admits a major deal was agreed by the Government to sell crude oil at a cheap rate which is binding until 2027. Despite the deal, the Government is unable to pay civil servants' salaries.
Also, the wife of one of the eight miners still trapped underground in Burkina Faso speaks to us on Focus. It's been three weeks since the mine was flooded, she still has hope but feels abandoned, saying they've received little information.
