Russian mercenaries accused of atrocities in CAR
Witnesses tell Human Rights Watch about summary executions and torture.
The Central Africa Director at Human Rights Watch says there is evidence that members of the Russian private military company, Wagner Group, are operating in the Central African Republic, although CAR's government denies hiring mercenaries.
And teachers in many of Sierra Leone’s public schools, have had enough of poor pay and conditions and are on a sit-down strike.
