Djibouti's economy hit hard by war in Ethiopia
Landlocked Ethiopia is heavily reliant on Djibouti's harbour for importing and exporting goods.
The government of Djibouti says the year-long war in neighbouring Ethiopia has had a drastic impact on its economy. South Africa's state-owned electricity provider, Eskom, says it's found clear evidence of sabotage at one of its power plants.
