According to a new report from the International Institute for Democracy and Electoral Assistance, women make up less than one in four of the 12 thousand or so parliamentarians in Africa. The BBC’s Nomsa Maseko has met one of the continent’s youngest politicians, Emma Theofelus from Namibia.
