Morocco: Set to legalise cannabis production for medical use
A draft bill before parliament sets out plans for production, transportation and sale.
In Morocco parliament are considering a law that would allow cannabis to be grown and sold legally for medical and industrial purposes. The recreational use of cannabis in the country would still remain illegal.
Amnesty International accuses Eritrean troops of killing hundreds of civilians in the Ethiopian town of Aksum in November last year, according to a new report.
And, in Liberia farmers and entrepreneurs have been showcasing their produce and new innovations at an agricultural fair.
