Ethiopia: Rights group accuses military of indiscriminately shelling towns in Tigray
Human Rights Watch said the attacks in the northern region violated the "laws of war"
Ethiopian forces shelled heavily populated areas in the first weeks of the conflict in the Tigray region, killing at least 83 civilians and displacing thousands, according to the Human Rights Watch report.
And, in the Central African Republic trucks carrying aid to the capital Bangui are being blocked by rebel groups, which has caused food shortages and price rises.
