South Africa: Government outlines amended Covid-19 vaccination plans.

Plans were put on hold when trials suggested the AstraZeneca jab had some limitations

South Africa’s Health Minister Zweli Mkhize said a Johnson & Johnson vaccine would be used to immunise health workers and would be used as part of an implementation study.

Sierra Leone’s Anti-Corruption Commission says it has started investigating after a report by the US based publication, The Africanist Press alleged misuse of state funds by First Lady of Sierra Leone, Fatima Maada Bio. The first lady has denied any wrongdoings.
