Back home, she's inspired by Sweden's traditional cinnamon buns and bakes her own savoury Swedish buns as well as cooking venison steak with celeriac puree, pickled blackberries and carrot petals and a lingonberry and raspberry marzipan tart, inspired by the Swedish lingonberry.
