Cook and food writer Rachel Khoo continues her culinary journey taking in the rural beauty of the historical province of southeastern France, Provence. Here, Rachel explores the mountain towns and olive groves and visits a friend where together they cook a delicious tarte tartin. Rachel also visits a goat farmer and cheesemaker and is inspired by the passionate food producers of Provence. Back home, Rachel makes baked goat's cheese cigars with a melon radish and cucumber slaw, provencal roast chicken with roasted fennel and haricot blanc salad, and a grape and raspberry brioche and butter pudding.
