August 26 marks International Dog Day, a chance to celebrate our four-legged friends.

For many of us, our dogs are much more than pets. They're our best friends, walking buddies and loyal companions.

Dogs can also work alongside the emergency services, helping to find missing people and keeping people safe.

Of course, not every dog has a job to do - but that doesn't mean they aren't talented.
