Many people enjoy sitting down to draw, choosing what they want to create and picking out their favourite colours.
But would you rather reach for a box of colouring pencils and some paper, or grab a tablet and start colouring on screen?
A new study has found that both ways of colouring could be just as good at helping people feel more relaxed.
So, which one would you pick? Tablet or paper and pencils?

Researchers at the University of Southampton asked nearly 300 people to take part in mindful colouring sessions.
Around half of them used colouring pencils and paper, while the others used a phone or tablet for at least six colouring sessions over two weeks.
Afterwards, both groups said they felt less stressed. The team said this showed that using a screen isn't always a bad thing, and that digital colouring could be a useful way for some people to relax.
This is because phones and tablets can often be easier to get hold of, rather than paper and colouring pencils.
So, what do you think? Do you find drawing or colouring helps you to relax?
And if you had some free time to get creative, would you choose to use a screen or some paper and pencils? Let us know your thoughts in the comments below.
