Kevin Keane

Kevin is BBC Scotland’s environment, energy and rural affairs correspondent. With a broad brief, he is based in Europe’s energy capital, Aberdeen, and covers issues from climate change and nature loss to oil and gas, fishing and farming. With 30 years’ journalistic experience, he’s reported from the flood-hit planes of Malawi to the oil production platforms of the North Sea. Kevin joined the BBC as a teenager playing music on his local radio station in Hull.
