It's magic how a plank of crumbly cheese turns into such a light and creamy whipped feta dip. Perfect with drinks or great as a simple starter, serve with breadsticks, pitta chips or crudités for dipping.

  1. Crumble the feta into a food processor or mini blender and add the yoghurt, garlic and 2 tablespoons of the olive oil. Season with the black pepper and blend until smooth and creamy.

  2. Spoon into a bowl and swirl in the remaining tablespoon of olive oil and the dill. Scatter with za’atar, pomegranate seeds and chopped almonds to serve.
