CCEA GCSE Technology and Design past papers and mark schemes

Here you can find CCEA past papers for Technology and Design. Use the links below to download question papers and mark schemes (which contain the answers and indicative content).

In Unit 1, you take a 1 hour 30 minute written exam, answering 10 questions on core content.

In Unit 2, you take a 1 hour 30 minute written exam in one of three options of your choice: a) Electronic and Microelectronic Control Systems; b) Mechanical and Pneumatic Control Systems; or c) Product Design.

Unit 3 is a controlled assessment unit in which you will complete a design project and an associated manufacturing task.

Please consult your teacher if you are unsure which option to choose for your Unit 2 exam, and for more information on the controlled assessment.

Unit 3

Design and Manufacturing project (Controlled Assessment)

Unit 3 of the CCEA GCSE Technology and Design qualification is a controlled assessment unit in which you will complete a design project and an associated manufacturing task.

Please consult your teacher for more information on this unit.
