Public toilet is sold for 40,000
A former public toilet in Bristol has been sold at an auction in the city, for more than 40,000.

The block on Southmead Road has beaten the price paid for a similar public convenience in Totterdown which sold for 35,000 in May.

It is soon to be opened by the purchaser as a barber's business.

Auctioneer, Anna Maggs said: "All of these toilets are in very good positions and they are a very good business proposition."
