If, like these lucky fellows, you want to “meet your heroes” Rab and Ryan SEND A PICTURE OF YOURSELF IN TO US at videogaiden@bbc.co.uk and they’ll come and look for you*! (Tell us your name as well, ya crust).

(*vG team note - They won’t really come and find you, don’t have nightmares. They’ll just do a really ropey photo editing job on you picture. You may appear in the "Meet Your Heroes" gallery and impress your friends but that's about it. Probably for the best, really.)

Here are SOME IMPORTANT RULES 1. Photos must be of yourself. 2. You must be 18 or over. 3. In contributing you agree to grant us a royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to publish and otherwise use the material in any way that we want, and in any media. (See the Terms and Conditions for the full details of our rights.) 4. You still own the copyright to everything you contribute to BBC videoGaiden. This means you are perfectly free to take what you have produced and re-publish it somewhere else. 5. The BBC cannot guarantee that all pictures will be published. 6. If chosen, your name will be published alongside your picture. 7. Keep it clean, please - no rude gestures to scare the production staff. 8.
