Sara Cox: Hey! 500 Words is back, baby!
If I wrote a 500 Words story…
Jamie Oliver: So, my 500 Words story is set in waterfall woods, which is a beautiful woods, with a dark story.
Alex Jones: It would be set in a garden shed and the main characters would be a grandmother and a grandfather.
Joel Mawhinney: In the jungle and my main character would be a cyborg.
Gaz Coombes: It would be set in a recording studio.
Guz Khan: Hello, I’m Guz. If I wrote a 500 Words story, it would be set in Coventry city centre about a superhero who works in an ice cream shop, and he’s got a pet reindeer. There’s a lot going on there!
Nina Blissett: My 500 Words story would be set in a school where some mysterious events leave everyone acting a little bit differently.
Dermot O’Leary: My 500 Words story would be set down on the South Coast, right next to the beach.
Tom Fletcher: It would be set in outer space, and my main character would be a kid who is lost but somehow needs to save the universe.
Dermot O’Leary: And my main character would be a child who could walk on water.
Dodge: In the rainforest, and the main character would be a cute little lizard! Yeah, and he’d be all colourful and spotty and have a really long tongue and a really long tail!
Sara Cox: Ok, so my 500 Words story featuring a talking horse and set on a farm. Well, the horse can talk but nobody else knows it can talk, just me, and it can fly by doing massive great big trumps. And together we go off and fight crime. Or solve mysteries. Maybe, my farmer dad gets kidnapped because he’s secretly a spy. You can squeeze a lot into 500 words!
