    FT: Glasgow Warriors 21-22 Bulls

That'll do us, Glasgow fans. A sore end to a hard-fought season.

And of course, it's the final time we'll see a few players in a Glasgow shirt. Jack Dempsey, Sione Vailanu, and Adam Hastings, as well as the injured Huw Jones.

We'll see you in the summer for the Nations Championship with Scotland. Until then, have a good one.

  2. 'Gutted' Darge explains emotionspublished at 16:38 BST

    FT: Glasgow Warriors 21-22 Bulls

Warriors' flanker Rory Darge tells BBC Scotland: "Pretty gutted. We started so well, and second half you saw the importance of the physical side of the game. That's what they pride themselves on.

"And then what happened in the second half happened. To build up a score like that and then to lose it, it's a tough one.

"It's a weird feeling because there's been so much good stuff this season. We'll look back at the good bits but to not honour it at the business end is frustrating.

"We'll look back at a few big moments. There's a few times at the breakdown that hurt us. We knew it was a threat and we dealt with it at the start. Credit to the Bulls, it's well deserved."

  3. Bulls leaders stood up - Ackermannpublished at 16:37 BST

    FT: Glasgow Warriors 21-22 Bulls

Bulls head coach Johan Ackermann tells Premier Sports: "So proud of the team and the players. They stayed calm half-time and showed a lot of character and that's all we ask so, yeah, very pleased.

"I'm lost for words. Glasgow played so well in that first half and they really put us to the sword. A lot of the leaders stood up.

"My challenge to them was, 'it's 21-10, boys and we couldn't play worse so let's go score one try and see it from then'. As it happened, we scored one try and then game on."

  4. Still 'enough fuel in the tank' for Smith & Glasgowpublished at 16:30 BST

    FT: Glasgow Warriors 21-22 Bulls

Glasgow Warriors head coach Franco Smith tells BBC Scotland: "I'm obviously disappointed with the result. Bulls did very well in the second half. For now, disappointed - not with the effort or how we played, just the result.

"They defended really well second half, well done to them. There's enough fuel in the tank for us to progress and go forward.

"We're usually very good on the other side of half time. It was the same messaging as we've always had. We're doing the right things in the right area.

"We gave too many yards in defence and that's most disappointing. I know this group, we can deliver a better defensive performance. That's a work on going forward.

"We worked really hard this season, fought when we've had some difficulties regarding international players and injuries. Finishing top of the log was an important milestone for us.

"To have played here in front of so many fans is remarkable. Yes, we wanted to go one more but I'm really proud of the season and the way the boys have played."

  5. 'They shouldn't lose that game'published at 16:25 BST

    FT: Glasgow Warriors 21-22 Bulls

    John Barclay

Glasgow ripped the Bulls to shreds in the first 30 minutes. They were scrambling. In the second half, Glasgow threw the same pictures at them, but they defended so much better. It's problem-solving.

Huge credit to the Bulls, for problem solving on the hoof. But Franco Smith will be desperately disappointed.

At 21-3 up, they shouldn't lose that game.

  6. Glasgow's season ends with 'damp squib'published at 16:23 BST

    FT: Glasgow Warriors 21-22 Bulls

    Johnnie Beattie
Former Scotland back row on BBC Radio Scotland

I'm struggling to figure out if it was a vastly-improved second-half by the Bulls, which it probably was, or whether Glasgow just fell away entirely.

When Glasgow were on their game, they shredded them. In the second period, when they dropped off by 10-15%, the Bulls were easily allowed back into the game.

They didn't have to do much. Handre Pollard missed nine points from the tee.

Lots of questions for Glasgow, and their season comes to an end with a damp squib. They had the game in their hands and they've let it slip.

Man of the match Embrose Papier tells Premier Sports: "We knew Glasgow were a good team, and they made it really hard for us at the breakdown. We just needed to keep ball in hand, to get some front foot ball.

"We're just grateful for the win, and the boys showed great effort tonight."

Captain Marcel Coetzee adds: "I'm lost for words about the character of this team. We went into the sheds and we knew we weren't out of it. We just had to do what we do well, it's in our DNA.

"The pressure built towards the end and I'm awfully proud. If we played at Scotstoun or here, it would be tough.

"With momentum comes belief. When we got the ball, we could play our game."

  8. 'Credit to the Bulls'published at 16:17 BST

    FT: Glasgow Warriors 21-22 Bulls

    Colin Gregor
Former Glasgow Warriors back on BBC Radio Scotland

You've got to credit the Bulls. They were ripped to pieces in the opening 25 minuts but they didn't panic, they backed themselves.

They showed the quality they have, the physicality their game brings. The scrum creaked, the Bulls showed more dominance.

The pressure was too great and the Bulls had enough to get through. The Warriors couldn't get in position to fire the final shot.

  9. Full-time Glasgow Warriors 21-22 Bullspublished at 16:12 BST

And the Bull do make it to a third consecutive final!

They've had to do it the hard way. Glasgow ripped them apart in the first half, but they clung on and did the damage in the second half.

What a huge swing in the second half. The Warriors had it in their hands, but it was wrestled from them by the might of the Bulls.

Embrose Papier is the man of the match. Reaction to come.

Glasgow are going the right way but Adam Hastings is picked up and driven backwards by Jeandre Rudolph.

The Bulls man springs back to his feet and jackals, winning the penalty for his side.

That might be that, you know.

Handre Pollard makes the mistake at the clearout, illegally dispensing of Adam Hastings.

The Glasgow man can now boot it down the pitch. They've got about 90 seconds to overturn this scoreline.

And now Nizaam Carr drops a clanger in midfield, handing possession back to Glasgow.

The mistakes are mounting up for both sides now. That's pressure.

    Glasgow Warriors 21-22 Bulls

Glasgow threaten a rare break over the halfway line, and then Kyle Rowe's pass floats far, far forward.

The improvement in the Bulls has been matched by the drop off in Glasgow's game.

But who can get it done in the final five minutes?

  14. Missed penaltypublished at 72'

    Glasgow Warriors 21-22 Bulls

But from the Glasgow put in, the Bulls scrum absolutely brutalises the Glasgow pack.

Another penalty, and Pollard is going for it again. This is near the halfway line again.

And he's pushed it wide again. A hat-trick of misses from Pollard. He's keeping Glasgow's hopes alive.

    Glasgow Warriors 21-22 Bulls

Remember, the Bulls are looking to make it to their third consecutive URC final. They've lost the last two, but they know how to get there.

And as I type, they make a real blunder.

Handre Pollard tries to find Nizaam Carr in midfield, under absolutely no pressure, and the pass is rotten. Scrum to Glasgow.

  16. Missed penaltypublished at 68'

    Glasgow Warriors 21-25 Bulls

Adam Hastings is just on, and he threatens to break away but gets caught. He rolls in the tackle, sealing himself off and the Bulls win the penalty.

A nightmare intro, and it gifts Handre Pollard another pop at goal. This one is central, and a little closer.

And he smacks the upright! Back-to-back misses!

Handre Pollard goes for goal from the tee. It would be some kick, from near the touchline and halfway line.

And he totally slices it. Like one of my golf shots, that.

Sione Tuipulotu puts Seb Stephen through a gap with a brilliantly-timed pass, but the replacement hooker spills in the contact.

The Bulls hack it clear and then Dan Lancaster botches the clearance, gifting the Bulls a penalty.

The Bulls chip into Glasgow's in-goal area - where will the ball bounce?!

It drops for Josh McKay, who tries to run it clear and is caught. Glasgow are hanging on here. The ball goes out and they change five in the pack to try and wrestle control back.
