Cornish Pirates have signed Exeter Chiefs centre Harry Ascherl on a permanent deal for the 2026-27 season.
The 24-year-old signed on a loan deal with the Champ side for the rest of the season in April and played in their final three matches of the campaign.
Ascherl joined the Chiefs in October after a trial period but his game time has been restricted to four outings in the Prem Rugby Cup and one Challenge Cup group match in December.
"I've loved my time down in Penzance already, so I'm looking forward to continuing to develop my game down here with Pirates," Ascherl said.
"I'm sad to be leaving Chiefs but I'm very grateful for the last year."
Ashcerl joins forwards Jack Forsythe and Matt Cannon in moving to the Penzance-based side next season.
