Last season's beaten Prem semi-finalists Bath have appointed Mike Prendergast as their new backs and attack coach for the upcoming 2026-27 campaign.
The club have been on the lookout for a new coach since it was announced Martin Gleeson had left the role at the end of the season after their heartbreaking 27-26 defeat by Exeter Chiefs at the Recreation Ground.
Prendergast has worked for Munster as the Irish club's attack coach for the past four years, announcing his departure at the end of the season back in February.
He becomes Bath's fourth attack coach since head of rugby Johann van Graan took over in July 2022.
"I am really looking forward to joining a prestigious club like Bath and excited about getting stuck in," Prendergast told Bath's website., external
