Hull KR half-back Mikey Lewis has been given a four-match ban after two separate charges by the Rugby Football League.
Lewis was charged with a Grade C of late contact on the passer and Grade E headbutt in the Robins' 34-12 defeat by Warrington on Saturday.
The 25-year-old England international will now miss Saturday's derby at Hull FC plus games against Bradford, Castleford and Catalans as last season's treble winners try to secure a play-off place.
In addition, Huddersfield Giants' Taane Milne has been banned for three matches for a Grade E unnecessary contact with an injured player and Wigan's Kian McDermott has got a two-game ban for head contact in the same game.
