Massive win and really important night - Mousinho

Portsmouth head coach John Mousinho spoke to BBC Radio Solent after the 3-1 win against Swansea City at Fratton Park.

Victory lifted Pompey to 10th in the Championship and level on points with West Ham in eighth before the Hammers play on Wednesday.

"A massive win and a really important night for us for a lot of reasons," Mousinho said.

"I thought we were excellent in the first half. I thought we were really diligent in the way we defended and broke forward a couple of times.

"Second half we started well and probably tired a bit. I was disappointed with the way we conceded the penalty.

"But to respond to the equaliser like we did was absolutely magnificent."
