Vale boss Brady will be judged on results - Moore
Moore: 'I've not got a magic wand'

New Port Vale sporting director Micky Moore says manager Jon Brady will be "judged on results" and "knows the consequences" if they do not match up to the board's expectations.
Moore spoke to the media for the first time on Friday since his appointment to the role that will be responsible for "the whole football operation" at the League Two club.
Following last season's relegation from League One, Vale have made a slow start to life back in the fourth tier having won only once so far, leaving them next to bottom after seven games.
"Jon's situation is exactly the same as 91 other managers in the league - he'll be judged on results," Moore told BBC Radio Stoke.
"He'll be judged on his behaviours, day in and day out, and results. If they're not meeting the standards that we require then Jon knows the consequences.
"I can't say anything more than that. It's a results business."
Despite that stark warning, Moore said he was approaching his job through a "positive" lens.
"Since the Walsall game [a 2-0 defeat], we've played two games and we've won one and drew one [both in the EFL Trophy], so there's a positive.
"Players have come back from injury, which is a positive, players have gone away on international duty and scored goals, that's a positive.
"We've scored some goals in open play, that's a positive, we've kept the clean sheet, that's a positive.
"I can't come in here and be negative and miserable - that's not going to help anyone. I can't change yesterday, but I can affect tomorrow."

Moore will have 'no involvement' in first team
Brady himself has welcomed Moore's appointment and said it would help build communication from the first team to the boardroom.
Moore's arrival has raised questions over the extent of his involvement in first-team affairs but he was quick to end any suggestions that he would be 'hands on' with the squad.
"Jon will pick the team, Jon will pick the tactics, Jon will pick the system," Moore said.
"I'll have no involvement in it. Jon might have conversations and say 'what do you think about this or that?' and I'll give him a different perspective than what his coaching team will give him.
"But if he doesn't ask me then I won't volunteer it and go 'I think you should do this or I think you could do that'."
Moore said he saw his role with Brady as a "support mechanism" and to be "someone outside of his normal day-to-day staffing".
"Ultimately we want Port Vale to win games of football," he added.
"Everybody that comes here on Saturday will come here with the intention they want Port Vale to win so I've got to try to help as best I can to help Jon win games of football."

'I haven't got a magic wand'
Moore, who held similar positions at Cheltenham Town and, until last summer, with Shrewsbury Town, said he was not going to "sugarcoat" Vale's current position - which he called "precarious" but "false".
"Look at the league, it's not in a great place," he said.
"There's no point sugarcoating it. Over the last four or five years, you've been on an emotional rollercoaster - you're either going for promotion or you're getting relegated.
"In terms of stability there hasn't been a lot - there's highs and lows and nothing in between.
"It's definitely in a false position. It's way better than where it is right now and I have no doubt that we will start climbing the table and we won't end up in the situation we find ourselves in now."
Moore said he would spend the first few weeks "observing" before making any decisions and was realistic about how long things would take to change.
"I'd love to say to you 'this is what's going to happen, these are the timeframes' but I can't.
"If I had a magic wand - when we get back into League One, we're on a stable footing and stay there.
"The expectations here are not big, they're massive.
"The best thing I could ask for is a bit of time but I'm not deluded. Have I got a magic wand? No.
"There'll be huge decisions to make as we're going along and I'm aware of it."
