Bristol City have signed Romanian defender Lisav Eissat from Maccabi Haifa for an undisclosed fee on a four-year deal.
Eissat is the Robins' fifth signing of the summer under new head coach Michael Skubula following the arrivals of Jed Wallace, Gibson Yah, Sam Greenwood and Sam Tickle.
The 21-year-old came through the Israeli club's academy, making 33 first-team appearances, and he also had a spell on loan with Hapoel Hadera during the 2024-25 season.
He has been capped four times by Romania, most recently in a friendly 2-1 win at home to Wales.

Skubala told the club website, external that the "experience of English football will be good" for Eissat, who can play at both centre-back and left-back.
"It is really pleasing to bolster our defence, especially with a player who can play more than one position," added Skubala.
Sporting director James Ellis said: "Bringing Lisav to Bristol City is to help us improve squad depth, versatility, physicality and potential of the back line."
