Doncaster sign Ayinde from Ipswich on two-year deal

Doncaster Rovers have signed winger Leon Ayinde from Ipswich Town on a two-year deal.

The 21-year-old Irishman began his career at Cork City before heading to Portman Road in January 2023.

He spent a season on loan in the National League with Rochdale, before joining Boreham Wood on loan in February 2026, where he played in the National League play-off final.

Manager Grant McCann said the Republic of Ireland Under-21 international was "a really dynamic, exciting wide forward" who had been on his radar for some time.
