Sunrisers Leeds start the new era of The Hundred with a dominant win!

Captain Dani Gibson whacks the winning runs down the ground and they have sealed the victory with 31 balls to spare.

She finishes unbeaten on 12 to go with figures of 2-17 with the ball, while Annabel Sutherland remains 30 not out alongside her.

Phoebe Litchfield set up the chase with 43 after both openers had fallen cheaply.

Halfway there and Sunrisers Leeds are still making steady progress, needing only another 39 runs to win.

MI London have bowled nicely but there's very little scoreboard pressure on Sunrisers with such a low target to chase.

The left-handed Phoebe Litchfield has looked in fine touch for her 31 so far, including the first six of the day, and has dominated the scoring in partnership with Annabel Sutherland, who has a run-a-ball 15.

MI London have started well in defending their low total, having removed both Sunrisers Leeds openers.

Bryony Smith fell to Alexa Stonehouse for four, before Jess Jonassen was run out for 14 after a shocking mix-up with Phoebe Litchfield.

But this is the big partnership for Sunrisers now as their two Australian superstars are in the middle. Litchfield has seven and Annabel Sutherland is on two.

A fantastic performance from the Sunrisers Leeds bowlers after MI London made such a positive start.

From 56-0 off 37 balls, Sunrisers chipped in with regular wickets throughout the middle and squeezed the run-rate.

Dani Gibson, Hannah Baker and Deepti Sharma took two wickets each, while Hayley Matthews' 33 was the top score for the home side.

The only downside for Sunrisers was that injury to Kate Cross, who had only bowled 10 balls before she went off with a bad shoulder.

It's been an impressive fightback from Sunrisers Leeds, who have really put the brakes on MI London's progress.

They removed Melie Kerr and Danni Wyatt-Hodge in the space of three balls - Deepti Sharma had the former caught at mid-off and the latter holed out to long-on off leg-spinner Hannah Baker.

Skipper Dani Gibson joined the party with the wicket of Nicola Carey for five, but there is a concern for the Sunrisers as Kate Cross hurt her shoulder while diving in the field and has been taken off by the physio. We will bring you any updates we get about her fitness as soon as possible.

Captain Hollie Armitage and Chinelle Henry are in the middle to revive the MI London innings with only 25 balls to go.

India all-rounder Deepti Sharma has claimed the big wicket of Hayley Matthews, caught and bowled for 33, but England's Danni Wyatt-Hodge is still going strong for MI London as they will be looking to accelerate with nine wickets in hand at the halfway mark.

New Zealand's Melie Kerr is alongside her. They have plenty of power hitting to come as well, particularly Matthews' compatriot Chinelle Henry, who can be very destructive at the end of an innings.
