With play initially reduced to 12 overs, the captain hit one six and nine fours in a 33-ball innings, paving the way to a comprehensive 24-run win (DLS method).
It was a third win from four matches for the hosts, who reached 124-3 as opener Katherine Fraser added 29 and Sarah Bryce finished on 23 not out.
The Netherlands' reply was reduced to 10 overs after further rain and they lost wickets at regular intervals, falling short of their revised target of 105 at 80-6.
Chloe Abel was the pick of the Scottish bowlers, taking two wickets from her two overs.
The Dutch and Bangladesh each have one win and bring the series to a conclusion when they meet on Thursday.
