Edinburgh Castle Rockers win by seven wickets
Edinburgh Castle Rockers claimed the inaugural European T20 Premier League title with a seven-wicket victory over Belfast Wolves in Malahide.
Edinburgh won the toss and elected to bowl first, a decision which swiftly paid off as Trent Boult dismissed Paul Stirling for eight runs.
Tim Tector steadied the ship for the Wolves, producing 84 runs from 62 balls as others fell around him.
Conway added 29 before he was removed by JJ Smuts, while Glenn Maxwell (three) and Lorcan Tucker (six) also exited early.
Harry Manenti contributed an unbeaten 16 from 14 deliveries before Tom Curran claimed Tector's wicket from the final ball of the innings as Belfast finished on 150-5.
Edinburgh started strongly in their reply as Ross Adair struck 23 from 14 deliveries before he was dismissed with Smuts (15 runs) following soon after.
Gous stepped up and steered Edinburgh to victory with his unbeaten 90 coming from just 61 deliveries, including eight fours and four sixes.
Edinburgh managed to reach 151-3 in 18.4 overs to make history as the first ETPL winners.
