Babar leads PSL team of the tournament

Babar Azam has been named captain of the Pakistan Super League team of the tournament 2026 after leading Peshawar Zalmi to their second title.

He is one of three Zalmi players in the side, while beaten finalists Hyderabad Kingsmen also have three representatives.

Former England seamer Richard Gleeson and Sri Lanka's Kusal Kendis are the only overseas players included.
