Cardiff Met have secured an instant return to the Genero Adran Premier with victory on penalties over Connah's Quay Nomads in the promotion play-off final.
Nomads, the Adran North champions, took a first-half lead at Aberystwyth's Park Avenue courtesy of Hannah Slack.
But Adran South champions Met equalised with a minute of the 90 remaining when Faith Mulenga scored.
Met, who were relegated from the Adran Premier last season without winning a game, won 4-2 in the penalty shoot-out.
