Mowbray confirmed as new Birmingham boss

Former Sunderland head coach Tony Mowbray has been announced as the new manager of Birmingham City.
Mowbray who was sacked by the Black Cats on 4 December takes over from Wayne Rooney at the Midlands club on a two-and-a-half year deal.
