Romanian President discusses Russian drone

This week a Russian drone hit a block of flats in Romania, causing a fire and injuring two people according to Romanian officials. We get reaction on the programme from Romanian President Nicușor Dan. Also in the programme: heatwaves in Europe; and a new film about British-Mexican artist Leonora Carrington.
