Trump promises every American $5,000 if Republicans win midterms

At a Republican Party convention in Dallas, President Donald Trump has promised to pay US adult citizens $5,000 dollars each if his party wins both house of Congress. He also told voters to 'pretend I'm on the ballot' when voting at midterm elections. A top safety researcher at the artificial intelligence giant, Anthropic, has warned AI is advancing so quickly he believes there is a greater than 10% chance it 'could kill all humans' within the next decade.
