Tributes have been coming in following the death of Dolly Parton at the age of 80. US media is reporting the country music legend died after a brief battle with cancer. Her team say her legacy is one of love, compassion and resilience. World Food Programme has urged action to address global food security in remarks made to the UN Security Council. The organisation's head, Carl Skau told delegates that since 2020 the number of acutely food insecure has increased threefold in the midst of plummeting funding for humanitarian operations.
